• Open your Bible; start with the Gospel of John or Psalms. Let His Word speak life over you.
• Talk to Jesus daily; prayer doesn’t need fancy words. Just speak from your heart. He’s listening. 
• Find a faith community because you weren’t meant to walk alone. Ask God to lead you to people who will walk with you on this journey. 
• Write down what you’re feeling; journaling helps you process and see how God is moving in your life. Let grace lead the way, you don’t have to be perfect. Just keep showing up. He’ll do the rest.
